DVSC has prolonged Tamás Szűcs’s contract until the summer of 2029.

The 20-year-old, hard-working U21 international midfielder joined Loki in the summer of 2024 and quickly became a regular starter and one of our fans’ favorites thanks to his performances. Tamás Szűcs has so far made 47 league appearances for DVSC, scoring 5 goals.

— At the beginning, perhaps even we didn’t think that the team would gain such a boost with the appointment of Sergio Navarro, but as time went on, we saw how effective our work together could be. A relationship developed between the coaching staff and the players that is very rare at this level. I won’t deny that personal connections also played a major role in my decision to extend my contract. Although I had specific offers from Western Europe, I felt that staying at DVSC would best serve my development at this moment. I feel good here, and in the spring we can fight for goals that are worthy of the club, the city and the supporters — said Tamás Szűcs.
