We would like to inform our supporters and the public that, following the resignation of the company’s managing director, the General Meeting of the Company held on October 30, 2025, elected a new managing director — Balázs Makray, who has previously served in this position.

The majority owner of the company, in cooperation with the shareholder, the Municipality of Debrecen and taking into account the current circumstances, is doing everything possible to ensure the appropriate professional and other conditions in order to maintain the current excellent results.
