On 18 July 2024, an interview with Ádám Bódi has been published on www.debsport.com, in which he expressed his opinion about leaving DVSC after the expiration of his contract.
The management of DVSC Futball Zrt. repeatedly confirms that Ádám Bódi, the homegrown player of DVSC, is still an important and renowned footballer, whose contributions to Loki are undeniable. For many years, Debreceni VSC has provided all the conditions necessary for the player’s improvement. After his unsuccessful transfer to Fehérvár, the club brought him back to Debrecen at a financial sacrifice and continued to treat him as an outstanding player in the club’s history, extending his contract multiple times.
The abovementioned interview reflects the personal opinion of Ádám, which we respect despite the fact that, unfortunately, it only partly correlates with reality.
The management of DVSC once again expresses their appreciation for Ádám Bódi’s services for the club. We congratulate him on his outstanding career in the first division and wish him good luck!
Parting ways after a long time together is emotional and challenging for both parties, but hopefully, we will have an opportunity to cooperate with Ádám in order to help DVSC in the future!
