A significant change has taken place in the ownership of Debreceni VSC.
Following share purchase agreements concluded over recent months, together with an increase in registered share capital, STOTT CAPITAL HUNGARY Kft. has acquired a controlling majority interest in DVSC Futball Zrt.
As part of this transition, the Board of Directors has been expanded to seven members, each appointed for a two-year term. The Board of Directors of DVSC Futball Zrt. is now comprised of:
Commenting on the investment, Jonathan Vaughan, on behalf of Stott Capital, said:
