Donát Bárány continues his career in the Dutch first-division ADO Den Haag for a transfer free. The 25-year-old national team player and homegrown striker of DVSC has made 154 appearances in the colours of Loki across all competitions, scoring 61 goals and providing 26 assists. He showed an outstanding performance during a lot of matches, with his hat-trick against Ferencváros in December 2024 — scored within just 17 minutes — standing out as a moment that will be remembered forever.

Donát Bárány is one of the great successes of Debrecen’s youth development system. He joined the academy of Loki at the age of 11 and helped the team earn promotion in the 2020/21 season with 15 goals. Since then, he has been one of the most effective goalscorers in the Hungarian first division, while this year he has also made two appearances for the senior national team. Bárány Donát has rightfully become one of our supporters’ biggest favourites. His excellent mentality, exemplary fighting spirit and outstanding goal-scoring ability have made him a key player of DVSC. He has also proven his talent off the pitch, earning a master’s degree in sports economics at the University of Debrecen.
