Since the parties were unable to reach an agreement, head coach Sergio Navarro and his staff will be leaving DVSC upon the expiration of their contracts.

The 46-year-old Spanish coach arrived in Debrecen in June 2025. Under his leadership, our team played a balanced and successful season, ultimately finishing in a respectable 4th place and qualifying for the Conference League play-offs.

Under Sergio Navarro’s leadership, Loki suffered only 8 losses in 33 league matches, recording 14 wins and 11 draws; his composure and professionalism helped the team overcome many challenges.

The Spanish coach and his staff—Alex Pallarés, Roberto Robles, Sergio Manas, and Abdelilah Abdeslami—have built an excellent community in the locker room, fostering genuine, strong team cohesion, and many players have also shown outstanding individual development during the season that has just ended. Under Sergio Navarro’s leadership, Loki defeated Ferencváros, Újpest, Paks, and Zalaegerszeg, and remained undefeated against Győr; the coach’s contributions to these achievements are undeniable.
